For the Heart of Hale development project by Related Argent, Steinwood was entrusted with the task of delivering exceptional interior joinery and bespoke furniture solutions.
Situated in the vibrant neighborhood of Tottenham Hale in North London, this project presented a unique opportunity to showcase our craftsmanship.
Branding for a Captivating Space
The location itself is strategically positioned with two fully glazed elevations, offering a captivating view of the bustling surroundings near Tottenham Hale station. With a generous floor-to-ceiling height of nearly 4 meters, we had the freedom to unleash our creative talents and craft a design that left a lasting impression both inside and outside the space.
The development’s branding served as a rich source of inspiration for our final design. We drew inspiration from the circular formations and linear elements found in the branding, aiming to create a design that exuded energy and sophistication, perfectly aligning with the developer’s identity. The color palette within the branding, featuring deep navy and charcoal as the base colors with accents of brick reds and dusty pinks, guided our design choices. We also introduced a luxurious copper metallic finish in lighting and bespoke joinery, harmonizing seamlessly with our chosen color palette and elevating the overall aesthetic.
Furniture and Interior Joinery at Heart of Hale
In terms of functionality, our client sought to create an inviting and relaxed atmosphere, deviating from the typical corporate setting. Reflecting the future amenities spaces in the upcoming Ferry Island phase known as the “Island Club,” we meticulously designed a lounge area with comfortable soft seating for informal conversations, an intimate banquette corner for private discussions, and a circular high-bar table integrated into the refreshments area. This high-bar table was conceptualized to serve as the project’s social hub, drawing potential purchasers to gather around it and serving as a focal point for social events and launch parties.
